Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of software, services, and applications provided by Korbition ("we", "us", or "our"), including Rulekestra and our automation connectors. By installing, connecting, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Services
Korbition grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software in accordance with these Terms and any applicable subscription or marketplace agreements.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and connected service authorizations.
- You agree not to misuse our services, reverse engineer the platform, or attempt unauthorized access to other tenants or systems.
2. Integration & Third-Party Platforms
Our applications integrate with third-party platforms such as Atlassian Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party platforms.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the software, brand names (including Korbition and Rulekestra), designs, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Korbition.
4. Availability & SLA
We strive to provide 99.9% service availability. While we implement robust fault tolerance and automated failovers, services are provided "as is" without warranty against interruptions or unforeseen external disruptions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Korbition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
6. Termination
You may terminate your use of our services at any time by uninstalling the application and disconnecting authorized integrations. Upon termination, tenant-specific data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
